No I'm not, it's just a pure average of the rankings. You can pretty easily sort by just Alexa or Compete if those rankings feel more authoritative to you.

The accuracy is very questionable, it's all just for fun anyway :-)

Quantcast data varies hugely depending on whether it's directly measured (e.g. Jamglue) or panel estimate (e.g. Weebly). Are you weighting for those different cases in your algorthm? If not might be better to disregard.
